DAILY MOBILITY SCOOTER RENTALS

At Harris Affordable Mobility, we recognize that plans can change and we strive to be as accommodating as possible when these changes occur. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and early terminations: 

Cancellations are accepted at any time. However, you must cancel prior to 3 days (72 hours) before your rental date to avoid a one-day rental fee of $40.00. If you cancel within this period, you can choose to receive a credit for your next booking instead of being charged the fee. 

If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before delivery date, but before delivery of the rental, there is a $40 Charge.

Early Returns: Once a rental item has been delivered to the Renter, no partial or full refunds will be issued for early returns, regardless of the reason for the early return. The Renter is responsible for the full rental period as agreed upon in the rental agreement.

Policy Changes:
Please note that Harris Affordable Mobility reserves the right to revise our cancellation and early termination policy at any time, however we commit to the policy made at the time of your reservation.
