We currently rent 3 types of scooters:
- Travelers (Light Weight) - weight capacity 300 lbs, easy to transport, weighs approx. 75 lbs., fits in most cars, passenger max speed 3 mph, operating range 8 miles**.
- Heavy Duty - weight capacity 400lbs, max speed 3.3 mph, operating range 10.5 miles** Scooter weighs approx. 135 lbs. breaks down into 5 pieces to fit in most cars.
- Pride Maxima - weight capacity 500lbs, max speed 5.8 mph, operating range 10.5 miles** Scooter weighs approx. 135 lbs.
We have 3 and 4 wheel scooters in all types.
Three or Four wheel scooters are not guaranteed and scooters are subject to availability on the rental pick-up, or delivery date. We are unable to guarantee a specific make, model, or color of scooters; however, we do guarantee that the class (size) of scooter rental reserved will be available. If for some reason, we can’t give you the exact reserved scooter, Harris Affordable Mobility will make sure you’ll have the same class or better. This WILL NOT AFFECT the rental price.
